Central System Controller and Sensor modules turn on at accessory/Ignition power. BSVM initializes CAN bus and run self test diagnostics. BSM goes in to stand-by mode.
Display indicates to the driver when the system is in standby.
When the Central System Controller gets a door open or reverse gear signal command it triggers a requests of data from the sensor modules and cameras. Zones are chosen and updated to the drivers display as required by law.
As person(s) or object(s) pass in the detection zone the driver's compartment display graphically displays zone violations alerting and identifying to the driver the location near the vehicle in which the person(s) or object(s) is detected. If motion sensing sensor modules are used there is an optional audible alert to the driver.
Once the doors are closed there is a time delay as specified by law. After this period of time the system returns to stand-by mode .
